J’ai fait cette carte il y a longtemps, mais je l’ai retrouvée dernièrement.

 Elle est simple, mais je la trouve intéressante.

 

Sur un fond de papier cartonné gris foncé, j’ai étampé au pigment de couleur aubergine (Eggplant) le motif de signet trois fois à l’horizontale, et embossé avec de la poudre transparente. Sur un papier cartonné ivoire, j’ai fait de même, une fois, pour découper le motif et le coller à la verticale sur l’autre papier. La fantaisie est que la poudre transparente est, pour le signet sur ivoire, mélangée à quelques grains de poudre or étincelant. Cela se voit davantage sur la carte elle-même qu’à l’écran, mais cela ajoute une petite touche amusante.

 

 

I made this card a long time ago, but have found it recently. 

It's simple, but I find it interesting.

 

On a dark gray cardstock background, I stamped the bookmark design with Eggplant color pigment three times horizontally, and embossed with clear powder. On an ivory cardstock, I stamped and embossed as well, one image, to cut out the design and glue it vertically on the other paper. The fantasy is that, for the bookmark on ivory, the clear powder is mixed with a few grains of tinsel gold powder. This is seen more on the card itself than on the screen, but it adds a nice little touch.
