Sur un carré de papier cartonné blanc, j’ai appliqué des encres à
l’alcool en lignes horizontales pour figurer l’eau,
choisissant mes couleurs
pour évoquer un coucher de soleil.
J’ai étampé la famille d’oies en noir.
L’originalité du montage est apportée par l’ajout, très pâle, d’un pochoir au
motif de feuillage,
qui chevauche le carré étampé et la carte elle-même.
Le
texte est imprimé également très pâle, pour accentuer l’effet de douceur de
cette carte.
On a square of white cardstock, I applied alcohol
inks in horizontal lines to represent the water,
choosing my colors to evoke a
sunset.
I stamped the geese family in black.
The originality of the layout is
brought about by the addition, very pale, of a stencil with a leaf motif,
which
overlaps the stamped square and the card itself.
The text is also printed very
pale, to accentuate the softness effect of this card.
