Cette fois, je dois être influencée par ce que je dois faire aujourd’hui: décorer mon sapin. En voici quelques uns en inspiration.

Et comme Noël approche à toute vitesse, les descriptions sont minimalistes!

This time, I must be influenced by the task I have for tomorrow: decorating my Christmas tree. Here are some inspirations.

Since Christmas is coming really fast, the descriptions are shorter than normally!

Pochoirs Magenta:

Le fond est d’abord fait aux poudres Nuance.

Une fois sec, le pochoir de sapin est coloré en vert, et le pochoir de motif est coloré en mauve très pâle.

Des paillettes de type “sequin”, du crayon blanc, du marqueur noir, ou encore des Stickles et du Glossy Accents

sont appliqués pour “décorer” l’arbre!

Imaginez-le aussi avec des boutons…

The background is first colored with Nuance powders.

Once dry, the Christmas tree stencil is colored in green, while the decorative patten stencil is colored in light purple.

Sequins, white colored pencil, black marker, or eventually Stickles and Glossy Accents

are applied to “decorate” the tree!

Imagine it also with buttons…

Le sapin est embossé en doré sur du papier aquarelle.

Des poudres Nuance sont saupoudrées sur le fond, puis vaporisées d’eau. L’arbre est colorié aux marqueurs.

Nuance powders are applied on the background, sprayed with water.

Le fond est fait d’encres à l’alcool, de pochoir à droite et d’étampes en bas.

Le sapin est étampé en beige, rehaussé de Stickles et de gouttelettes d’aquarelle iridescente blanche.

Background is made of alcohol ink, stencil on the right side and stamped in brown on the bottom.

Le sapin et le souhait sont embossés en noir sur papier cartonné blanc et sont colorés de marqueurs rouge, vert et ochre.

De l’encre verte est brossée sur le contour du sapin.

Le sapin est étampé une deuxième fois pour découper et colorier les poinsettias qui sont ajoutés au montage.

Deux motifs de poinsettia sont étampés en bordure sur la carte, en vert et rose.

The Christmas tree and the saying are embossed in black on white cardstock.

They are colored with red, green and ocher markers. Green ink is applied around the tree.

A second tree is embossed to cut and color the poinsettias which are added to the layout.

Two more poinsettia patterns are stamped on the card in green and pink.

Le sapin est étampé décentré vers le haut, en vert foncé, colorié de crayon de couleur et de Stickles.

Le texte est étampé plusieurs fois en noir.

Du marqueur noir et du stylo gel iridescent sont ajoutés ici et là.

The Christmas tree is stamped in green, off centered to the top, colored with colored pencils and Stickles.

The text is stamped several times in black.

Black marker and clear iridescent gel pen are added here and there.

Sapin embossé en noir sur papier aquarelle, puis colorié aux marqueurs Tombows façon aquarelle,

appliqués au pinceau mouillé.

The Christmas tree is embossed in black on watercolor cardstock, then colored with Tombows markers,

 applied with a wet paintbrush to create a watercolor effect.

VE155  Feuilles et fruits en vert - vellum

Le motif de sapin est ouvert au centre avec un x-acto, puis cette ouverture est comblée en plaçant une acétate coloriée d’encres à l’alcool.

Quelques autocollants Peel Off’s, du fil vert retenu par une attache parisienne et un peu d’encre vert pâle

complètent l’ensemble, ainsi qu’un papier étampé et un vellum à motif.

The Christmas tree stamp is opened in its center with a craft knife.

This opening is filled with an acetate colored with alcohol inks.

Peel Off’s accents, a green thread attached with a brad and some green ink are added, as well as a stamped cardstock and a patterned vellum.

Le sapin aux oiseaux est étampé en vert foncé sur du papier cartonné blanc.

Un cache du même modèle est fabriqué en étampant ce motif sur un papier brouillon et en retirant certaines parties pour créer une sorte de pochoir.

De l’encre est ajoutée en alternance, en rehaussant les petits motifs, comme les oiseaux, avec du crayon de couleur.

Le pochoir sert également à étamper des flocons ou branchages en silhouettes sur les bandes qui composent l’arrière du sapin ou le sol.

Le fond de la carte est fait avec un cache et deux tons de bleu. Un motif de mini flocons est ajouté en bleu foncé.

Magenta Mask:

MC05   Snowflakes

The Christmas tree and birds is stamped in dark green on white cardstock.

A mask is created by stamping the same image on a scrap paper, cut to remove some parts to create openings.

Through it, ink is applied as well as stamping – snowflakes and branches, here and there.

Colored pencil is added in small surfaces, such as the birds and the gift.

The background is made with a snowflake mask and two tones of blue ink.

A mini dotted snowflakes stamp is added in dark blue.

Le fond est créé en répétant plusieurs fois le motif rectangulaire, en encre VersaMark transparente sur du papier glacé.

Le tout est recouvert d’encre verte appliquée avec un applicateur mousse.

L’étampe de sapin, assortie au motif décoratif, est étampée en vert sur papier cartonné blanc,

puis rehaussée de crayons gel, de Stickles, etc.

The background is created by stamping several times the large decorative pattern, using transparent VersaMark on glossy cardstock.

Green ink is added with a foam applicator to cover the whole image. Christmas tree stamp, assorted to the other pattern, 

is stamped in green on white cardstock,then enhanced with gel pens, Stickles, etc.

Voici une fantaisie faite en plaçant des autocollants Peel Off’s en forme d’arbres stylisés sur deux modèles de papier.

Ces formes d’arbres sont découpées et assemblées pour former un sapin.

Here is a fun card made using Peel Off’s stickers with stylized tree shapes, put on two patterns of paper.

These shapes are cut and assembled to create a Christmas tree.

Étamper en beige sur papier blanc. Rehauser de crayon de couleur. Tracer des lignes fantaisistes en rouge sur le contour.

Coller décentré sur le papier rouge. Décorer d’un joli ruban. Coller sur la carte.

Ajouter du Enamel Accents blanc pour figurer la neige. Laisser sécher.

Stamp in beige on white cardstock. Color with colored pencil. Draw lines in red on the outline.

Paste off center on red paper. Decorate with a nice ribbon. Paste on the card.

Add “snow” using White Enamel Accents. Let dry.

Étamper le motif sur un rectangle de papier aquarelle. Colorier aux Tombows, 

pinceau et eau pour un effet d’aquarelle. Laisser sécher.

Saupoudrer de  quelques gros grains de poudre à embosser blanche pour créer les flocons, chauffer en essayant de ne pas les souffler 

(au besoin, chauffer par en dessous du papier).

Étamper le motif de flocon en rouge sur le papier rouge, puis étamper le texte en noir, 

et ajouter des grains de poudre à embosser de la même manière.

Magenta Mask: MC05 Snowflakes

Magenta decorative paper:

ME229   Malie (the red one)

ME241   Hint of Freshness

Stamp the pattern on a rectangle of watercolor cardstock. Color with Tombows, 

brush and water to create watercolor effect. Let dry.

Sprinkle a few large grains of white embossing powder to create the snowflakes, heat by trying not to blow them 

(if necessary, heat from underneath the paper).

Stamp the snowflake motif in red on the red paper, then stamp the text in black, 

and add grains of powder to emboss in the same way.

Papier décoratif Magenta:   ME238   Paix

Étamper en noir le cardinal sur branche sur un papier cartonné blanc. Le rehausser de crayon de couleur.

Brosser un peu d’encre à pigment bleu pâle (de type Cat’s Eye) sur le contour. 

Ajouter des gouttelettes d’aquarelle iridescente blanc perle.

Une fois sec, coller sur un autre papier blanc et un papier décoratif.

Étamper la partie branche deux ou trois fois dans le coin inférieur gauche de la carte 

en prenant soin d’éviter autant que possible les ornements.

Colorier. Coller le montage préparé du cardinal sur la carte.

Étamper le petit cardinal sur un papier blanc, le colorier et le découper. 

Le coller dans le coin aux branches étampées.

Étamper le Joyeux Noël en noir.

Magenta decorative paper:   ME238   Peace

Stamp cardinal on branch with black ink on white cardstock. Enhance it with colored pencil.

Brush a little bit of pale blue pigment ink (Cat's Eye type) on the contour. 

Add white iridescent watercolor droplets.

Once dry, stick to another white paper and decorative paper.

Stamp the branch part of the image two or three times in the lower left corner of the card making sure to avoid the ornaments 

as much as possible. Color them. Assemble the pieces on card.

Stamp the little cardinal on a white paper, color it and cut it out. Stick it in the corner over the stamped branches.

Stamp the “Joyeux Noel” (Merry Christmas) in black.

Étamper l’oiseau en noir permanent (genre Archival) sur du papier glacé. Laisser sécher.

Appliquer quelques couleurs d’encre sur une palette ou tapis de bricolage (soit tampons encreurs ou marqueurs). 

À l’aide d’un pinceau légèrement mouillé, appliquer ces couleurs sur le motif.

Appliquer une petite quantité de quelques couleurs d’encre à l’alcool (dont une métallique) sur le tapis de bricolage,

ajouter de la solution diluante (Blending Solution) et y frotter un papier cartonné blanc pour le teinter. Laisser sécher.

 Étamper l’image de fioritures. Étamper le texte sur la carte. Assembler.

Stamp the bird in permanent black ink (Archival style) on glossy paper. Let dry.

Apply some colors of ink on a palette or your craft sheet (either ink pads or markers). Using a slightly wet brush, paint with these colors.

Apply a small amount of a few colors of alcohol inks (including a metallic mixative) on the craft sheet,

add Blending Solution and rub white cardstock to create the background. Let dry.

Stamp the flourishing image. Stamp the text on the card. Assemble all pieces.

Décorer le fond de la carte en ajoutant les flocons bleus et motifs rouge à l’aide de pochoir et cache 

à un papier décoratif de flocons.

Étamper l’oiseau en bleu sur papier blanc. Appliquer la couleur aux crayons dilués avec un peu de Taltine 

(un solvant) appliquée au coton-tige. Découper le contour de l’image. Coller en relief.

Add blue snowflakes and red motifs by using stencil and mask on a decorative paper.

Stamp the bird in blue on white paper. Add colored pencil blended with a solvent 

(like Gamsol or Taltine) applied with Q-Tips. Cut out the outline of the image. Paste in relief.

Tracer des lignes sur un carré de papier blanc avec des encres à l’alcool à l’aide de l’applicateur feutre. Laisser sécher.

Étamper plusieurs fois le motif de couronne de flocons, en différentes couleurs, en le déplaçant chaque fois pour que les flocons se chevauchent. 

Ici le blanc a été embossé avec de la poudre transparente.

Ajouter des gouttelettes d’aquarelle iridescente. 

L’oiseau de liège autocollant est coloré d’encre rouge à l’alcool appliquée au cotton-tige.

Le fond de la carte est colorié d’encres et de la même étampe de couronne de flocons, de deux couleurs.

Assembler, ajouter du Stickles et bien laisser sécher.

Magenta rubberstamp:

Magenta Self-adhesive cork:

CORK12    Winter Cardinals

Draw lines on a square of white paper with alcohol inks applied with the felt applicator. Let dry.

Stamp the wreath pattern of snowflakes several times in different colors, moving it each time so that the snowflakes overlap. 

Here the white was embossed with clear powder.

Add iridescent watercolor droplets. The self-adhesive cork bird is colored with red alcohol ink applied with a Q-Tip.

The background of the card is colored with inks and the same wreath of snowflakes, in two colors.

Assemble, add Stickles and let dry.

Étamper le motif en brun sur papier aquarelle. Colorier au crayon de couleur dilué 

avec un peu de Taltine (un solvant) appliquée avec un coton-tige.

Le cadre est une découpe de papier.

Pour que l’image sorte du cadre plus naturellement, on a prolongé le dessin des branches au crayon.

Magenta rubberstamp:

Stamp the motif in brown on watercolor cardstock.  Add colored pencil blended 

with a solvent (like Gamsol or Taltine) applied with Q-Tips.

The frame is a die-cut. In order for the image to fill the frame more naturally, 

the drawing of the branches is extended with colored pencil.

Étamper en rouge, rehausser de crayon de couleur.

Étamper le Joyeux Noël en noir. Ajouter des gouttes d’aquarelle iridescente sur la carte.

Assembler. Ajouter un élément décoratif, ici un flocon de carton.
