La fille aux oiseaux 2 / The bird girl 2

 

De retour avec une autre carte faite avec le même genre d’éléments qu’il y a quelques temps. 

Cette fois, le fond de la carte, toujours aux encres à l’alcool, m’a fait penser à un coucher de soleil, d’où l’envie de créer un paysage. 

Et cette fois encore, j’ai ajouté du crayon de couleur sur le motif de la jeune fille aux oiseaux. 

J’étais presque satisfaite, mais il manquait une petite touche de mystère. 

J’ai donc eu l’idée d’ajouter ces cercles de fleurs au pochoir. 

Et j’ai dessiné, très finement, en noir, quelques mini fleurs de plus. J

’aurais pu en mettre partout en suivant le cercle de fleurs, mais je me suis arrêtée là. 

J’avais peur que cela soit trop rigide, pas assez magique.

Back with another card made with similar elements as a while ago. 

This time, the background of the card, still in alcohol inks, made me think of a sunset, hence the desire to create a landscape. 

And this time again, I added colored pencil on the pattern of the girl with the birds. 

I was almost satisfied, but it lacked a little touch of mystery. 

So I had the idea to add these flower circles with a stencil. 

And I drew, very finely, in black, a few more mini flowers. 

I could have put it everywhere following the circle of flowers, but I stopped there.

 I was afraid it would be too rigid, not magical enough.

Feuillage et ornements 1 / Foliage and ornaments 1

 La même étampe que l’autre jour est, cette fois, utilisée non plus en coin, 

mais plutôt horizontale pour figurer une guirlande de feuillage à laquelle sont suspendus des ornements. 

Ces ornements sont étampés en utilisant des caches pour protéger ceux 

que l’on souhaite paraître devant les autres. 

Attention à les étamper bien droits pour que leurs crochets soient bien alignés. 

The same stamp as the other day is, this time, no longer used as a corner, 

but rather horizontally to represent a garland of foliage from which ornaments are suspended. 

These ornaments are stamped using masks to protect those that one wishes to appear in front of others. 

Be careful to stamp them straight so that their hooks are properly aligned.

Ornements et feuillage sont coloriés au crayon de couleur et sont rehaussés 

de marqueurs noir et métalliques. Une ligne fine est tracée de manière à attacher

 chaque boule aux feuilles ou spirales.

Ornaments and foliage are colored in color pencil and are accented with black 

and metallic markers. A thin line is drawn so as to attach each ornament 

to the leaves or spirals.

Un texte est étampé dans le bas, et encore plus de marqueur est ajouté ici et là 

pour compléter le décor.

Text is stamped at the bottom, and even more marker is added here and there 

to complete the decor.

Sur cette carte, le mot Noël est étampé sur un autre papier blanc, découpé 

et collé en relief sur la carte légèrement au-dessus d’une fine lisière de Washi Tape miroitant.

On this card, the word Noël (Christmas) is stamped onto another white paper, cut 

and glued with 3D tape onto the card slightly above a thin border of shimmering Washi Tape.

En utilisant la partie carrée avec ouverture ronde de l’ensemble de cache, 

j’ai d’abord colorié mon cercle en bleu – pas trop foncé. 

J’y ai étampé le lapin dans les tulipes en violet, ainsi que deux motifs tout autour du cercle. 

Pour l’un d’entre eux, les oiseaux et feuilles, j’ai essayé de n’étamper en couronne autour du cercle 

que la partie feuilles, que je trouve très délicate. 

J’y ai ajouté la mini fleur pour un contraste de dessin. 

J’ai colorié mon sujet de Pâques aux crayons de couleur et ajouté du marqueur noir ici et là. 

J’ai monté le tout sur un papier bleu rappelant le cercle, puis sur ma carte.

Using the square part with round opening of the mask set,

 I first colored my circle blue - not too dark. 

I stamped the rabbit in the tulips in purple, as well as two patterns all around the circle. 

For one of them, the birds and leaves, I tried to stamp only the leaf part 

in a crown shape around the circle, which I find very delicate. 

I added the mini flower to it for a contrast of design. 

I have colored my Easter subject with colored pencils and added black marker here and there. 

I mounted everything on a blue paper recalling the circle, then on my card.

Hélène a créé une ravissante série de caches en formes de mandalas.

 Je me suis amusée à essayer plusieurs d’entre eux, en jouant avec une 

alternance de couleurs et de morceaux découpés et superposés. 

Certains motifs existent en différentes grandeurs, d’autres en sont des variantes. 

Tous sont complémentaires. 

Du plaisir à l’infini!

Hélène has created a delightful series of masks in the shape of mandalas. 

I had fun trying out several of them, playing with alternating colors and cut and layered pieces. 

Some designs come in different sizes, others are variations. 

All are complementary.

Bon jeudi - Happy Thursday

Bonjour, une fois de plus je remplace Hélène, avec un petit projet tout simple à créer.

Un fond de Nuance est préparé sur un papier aquarelle, et, une fois bien sec, un pochoir cache 

d’aspect dentelle est appliqué avec de l’encre vert foncé. 

Les motifs sont rehaussés de marqueurs doré et rose, et d’un peu de crayon blanc. 

Le papier aquarelle a été fait plus grand que nécessaire, pour y découper une fleur de plus,

 ainsi qu’une fine lisière.

Hello, once again I replace Hélène, with a small project very simple to create.

A Nuance powder background is prepared on a watercolor paper, and once dry, a mask with a lacy image 

is applied with dark green ink. 

The patterns are enhanced with gold and pink markers, and a little white pencil.

 The watercolor paper was made larger than necessary, to cut out one more flower, 

as well as a thin paper border.
