Il y avait des années que je n’avais pas créé de cartes avec ce type de montage.
La première étape est de placer un papier brouillon dans le bas d’un rectangle de papier cartonné blanc
(plus ou moins à la moitié selon l’effet désiré).
Puis on étampe le motif de fleurs en chevauchant partiellement le papier brouillon, vers la gauche.
Le motif ne sera donc que partiellement imprimé sur le papier cartonné.
Il est mis en couleur aux crayons.
Une ligne horizontale (ici aux marqueurs noir et or) est ensuite tracée pour délimiter l’espace.
Un souhait, plus ou moins gros, est étampé en bas, toujours à gauche.
De l’encre est brossée délicatement sur les contours de la carte, en laissant le centre blanc.
Le même motif de fleurs est étampé deux autres fois, mis en couleur aux crayons
et plusieurs éléments sont découpés, au choix.
Chacun d’eux est ensuite placé pour décorer l’espace à droite, comme en bouquet
aux pétales et feuilles éventuellement recourbés.
It had been years since I had created cards with this type of layout.
The first step is to place scrap paper in the bottom of a rectangle of white cardstock
(more or less halfway depending on the desired effect or size of text).
Then we stamp the flower pattern, partially overlapping the scrap paper, to the left.
The design will therefore only be partially printed on the cardstock.
It is colored with pencils.
A horizontal line (here with black and gold markers) is then drawn to delimit the space.
A text, more or less big, is stamped at the bottom, still on the left.
Ink is gently brushed around the edges of the card (here in two tones),
leaving the center white.
The same flower motif is stamped two more times, colored with pencils and several elements are cut out, as desired.
Each of them is then placed to decorate the space on the right, like a bouquet,
eventually curving petals and leaves.
